1. Zaxby's fried house Zalads w/ Mediterranean dressing- These salads are my jam. I could eat them everyday I think. If only they weren't $8 and 1,000 calories. Sigh.

2. Marco's pepperoni magnifico pizza- Sooo good. And sooo bad for me probably. But you have to indulge every once in a while.
3. Medium flavored hot wigs from American Deli- My favorite wings ever! They have really good fries as well. Except, once they switched from crinkle to straight fries and that was a disappointment. But now crinkle fries are back and I am happy!
4. Home cooked stir fry (or meat and rice as I have called it since childhood)- With a simple recipe of stir fry mixed with onions, soy sauce, garlic and ginger, this was my favorite dinner at home for most of my life. Perhaps it still is.
5. Mongolian beef and steamed rice- Given, Chinese food tastes different everywhere you get it. But, like many others, I have my Chinese restaurant and it's the best. I used to order so often that I wouldn't even have to tell them what I wanted when I called.
6. Ice Cream- I talked about how much I love peanut butter and chocolate, but really I love most ice cream. If it's vanilla, just put some chocolate syrup on it and call it a day.7. Church cooking- During summer revival or on Homecoming days at church we have lunch. And the food is the bomb. My mom makes taco salad and fried chicken, grandmama makes green beans, Bonnie makes potato casserole, Debbie makes lasagna, Joyce makes apple dumplings. Listen, I just gained 5 lbs talking about it.
8. Buffalo chicken wraps from Beef o Brady's- I love buffalo sauce and it doesn't get any better than this wrap.
9. Homemade spaghetti- My mom makes really awesome spaghetti sauce and I love eating it atop noodles and topped with Parmesan cheese.
10. Fries and milkshakes- Do not ask me why, but eating fries with a milkshake is just the best. Especially from McDonald's.
Sadly, I am trying not to eat most of these things right now. At least not very often. Instead I've been looking for healthier recipes. I've recently downloaded the MyFitnessPal app in an effort to track my caloric intake and exercise. It is all part of a plan to be swimsuit ready by summer. And to win my staff fitness challenge at work!
Some of these recipes could just use a tweak. Spaghetti squash instead of noodles, cauliflower rice, taco salad made with ground turkey... it's a work in progress. More on healthy eating later.
