One of my earliest memories is sitting in the floor of an old house where my great grandparents lived. I think it was Christmas and they were both sitting on the couch. This is only significant because my great grandmother died when I was only a year old.
I also remember walking down the aisle in my aunt's wedding (I would have been a little over a year old). I was the flower girl. My grandmother was in the back with me and she was supposed to send me down the aisle. I got about halfway down and turned around and (I've been told this part) said 'mon, Nanny', which was my version of come on, Nanny. Apparently I was the cutest thing at that wedding.
The first time I ever remember anyone being mad at me was when I was around 5 years old. We went on a family vacation to Disney and I was obsessed with Barbie. I had this Barbie birthday movie that I had only watched 500 times. But I was in a mood I guess because I did not want to watch it when we got to Disney and my cousin Macy did. But since it was my movie, our parents said we weren't watching it and she was sooo mad at me. But it didn't take us long to get over it! In case you haven't seen this movie, or are like me and haven't seen it in 20+ years...I found it on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m-uTbxLhMzgAlso, on that same trip, I remember being terrified of the Snow White ride. And Macy and I both got Jasmine dolls and played with them the entire car ride home. Yay Disney!
P.S. I am seriously considering a Barbie themed birthday party this year. Don't judge me.
